The Monroe Doctrine Bluegrass Band performs every other Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Vault Coffee Shop on Central Avenue in Valley City, North Dakota. This North Dakota band has been performing for almost two years in the region. A free-will donation is appreciated.
